In the framework of the further development of strategic partnership, dated from the initial agreement of 2019, two new agreements have been concluded. They relate to joint development and management of projects on the territory of Clark Freeport Complex in the Philippines.
One of the contracts was signed between the Keizaad, the Municipality of Angeles, and the company Angeles Stalt Holdings for the establishment of a joint venture specializing in infrastructure projects. The project will be implemented on an area of about 2.6 million square meters and is estimated at 32 million dollars.
The second agreement, signed jointly with Macrorail International Limited and Jay Na World, presumes the creation of an infrastructure object on 36 hectares on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. It will be connected with the construction project of a silent electric transport system, as well as airports and other facilities. The project's cost is estimated at 70 million dollars.
As noted by the general director of Keizaad, these agreements will become part of numerous projects aimed at economic and social development in the Philippines.
